The WesTrac Institute WA is a progressive and growing training organisation who is established as a high quality training provider for the Heavy Mobile Equipment industry. The Institute is going through expansion to support the growth of WesTrac's Operations.
The WesTrac Institute is seeking experienced tradespeople with mechanical or auto electrical trade qualifications that are looking for a career within training and development.
WesTrac trainers and assessors will be offered:
Personal training & development in the VET sector and Caterpillar equipment
WesTrac/CAT product training
Future development in WesTrac's verall business
Exposure to Caterpillar technology to expand your technical skills & knowledge

Enrolment in Cert IV Training and Assessment
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Training and development of apprentices and/or post trade mechanics
Develop training and assessment materials
Conduct assessments
Compliance and quality control
Attend WesTrac/CAT training courses
Create a safe learning environment
It is desirable that applicants have:
Experience in a training and/or assessor role
Certificate iv in training and assessment
Previous experience in developing training materials
Strong and clear communication skills
Strong attributes as a team player
Computer experience in Microsoft applications
Australian residency
Mechanical trade qualification (HV or LV) or Auto Electrical Qualifications
