Customer Coordinator - TamworthThe Company is seeking an energetic, team-oriented person who can maintain a commitment to total customer objectives. Reporting to the Area Manager, this position will be responsible for providing customers with the best service available by communicating and scheduling all customer requirements to the workshop and reporting back to the customer on repair progress and pricing. Duties will include: • Maintaining current and developing new customer contacts • Administrating warranty • Scheduling work orders • Promote compliance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act • Ensuring company policies and procedures, including quality assurance are promoted and adhered to. • Communicate with Workshop Coordinator to ensure all customer needs are met • Provide feedback on customer satisfaction Essential Criteria: • Sound communication and interpersonal skills • Team orientated • Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements • Extensive mechanical knowledge • Ability to provide accurate information in adequate time frames • Availability for rostered overtime and weekend work • Sound computer and organizational skills • A dedicated attitude to following WesTrac Safety and Quality Policy Closing Date:Tuesday 16th March |
