Customer Cordinator-Cobar

Reporting to the Area Manager, this position will be responsible for providing customers with the best service available by communicating and scheduling all customer requirements to the workshop and reporting back to the customer on repair progress and pricing.

The successful candidate will join the current Customer Coordinator group to enhance the performance of this group. This will be achieved by completing all roles required from a Customer Coordinator on a daily basis within the given timeframes.

An attractive salary package is available which includes a location allowance of 32%.

Essential Criteria:

• Maintaining current and developing new customer contacts

•  Administrating warranty, Scheduling work orders & the ability to communicate with Workshop Coordinator to ensure all  customer needs are met

•  Ensuring company policies and procedures, including quality assurance are promoted and adhered to.

 •  Technical experience with heavy plant

Preferred Criteria:

•  Good written communication skills.

•  Able to adapt to changes in work processes.

•  Demonstrate creativity and initiative in problem solving.

•  Previous supervisory experience.
